When the ticket purchase is completed, you will receive an email with Subject “Your Frontstage order from dd / mm / yyyy (the date you made the order) is complete”.
In the body of the mail you will find all the details you stated when ordering and right below under Tickets you will see all the ticket information for the event you chose (event name, ticket name, name of the attendee or attendees and the last Cell will have the word Download which is the link for your ticket).

If you do not receive the email in your inbox, it may have gone into junk / spam or you entered the wrong email address during the ordering process.
If you do not find the email in your spam, you can send an email to contact@frontstage.gr with the details of your order (name, date of your order, email, contact phone number and name of the event you purchased).
